Nicola Koh is in their final year of Hamline University’s MFA program. They have served as Associate Poetry Editor for Runestone Literary Journal, a fiction editorial intern and board member for the Water~Stone Review, fiction and nonfiction editor for rock, paper, scissors, a reader for Ruminate Magazine’s Fiction Prize in 2014 and 2015, and a fiction mentor for the Minnesota Prison Writing Workshop since 2014. Their work has been published or is forthcoming in Southwest Review, Word Riot, Hermeneutic Chaos Literary Journal, Sweet: A Literary Confection, and A-Minor Magazine.
When not working, writing, or bemoaning the state of the world, they take too many pictures of their animals and play exorbitant amounts of Tetris.
